These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website operated by The Bank at Bude ("we", "our", "us") and any reservations, dining experiences, or services provided at our physical premises. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Reservations & Dining

All reservations are subject to availability. When making a reservation through our website, you will be redirected to our booking partner, OpenTable.

• Cancellations: We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or amend your booking so that we may offer the table to other guests.
• Late Arrivals: Tables will be held for a short grace period past your booking time. If you are running late, please contact us at 01288 352070.
• Securing your booking: Our reservation partner, OpenTable, will send you a link requesting a credit card to secure your booking. If you have any issues and/or concerns with this, please contact the restaurant on 01288 352070.

3. Outdoor Dining Pods

Our exclusive Outdoor Dining Pods are subject to high demand. While we strive to accommodate all requests, pod allocations are made on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be strictly guaranteed without direct confirmation from management. Guests utilizing the pods are respectfully asked to maintain the condition of the furnishings; any willful damage may result in a repair charge.

4. Dietary Requirements & Allergens

We take food safety with the utmost seriousness. While we offer extensive Gluten-Free (GF) and Dairy-Free (DF) options, our authentic Spanish ingredients are prepared in a kitchen where allergens are present. It is imperative that you inform our staff of any severe allergies or dietary requirements prior to ordering. We cannot guarantee that any dish is 100% free from traces of allergens.

5. Pricing & Menu Variations

All prices listed on our website and menus are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Our menus revolve around fresh, locally sourced Cornish produce and imported Spanish specialties. Consequently, specific dishes, vintages, and prices are subject to change without prior notice based on seasonal availability and supplier fluctuations.

6. Loyalty Club

Participation in The Bank at Bude loyalty club is subject to the terms provided via our OpenTable loyalty programme. Rewards and promotional offers hold no cash value and may be altered or revoked at the discretion of management. Gift vouchers are provided separately via Square.
